Please read our policy carefully as most of our products are personalised and therefore non-refundable.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Due to the customised and personalised nature of our products (such as name-specific gift tags, first day boards, and bespoke items), we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Before submitting your order:

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalisation details provided. We process the text exactly as it is submitted to us.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
Exceptions (Refunds or Replacements Offered)
We only offer replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

Our Error: If the product arrives with a spelling mistake or design flaw that differs from the approved proof or the order details provided by the customer.

Product Damage: If the item is damaged in transit upon arrival.

If your order meets one of the exceptions above, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your Order Number.

Include clear photographic evidence of the damage or the error.
We will review your request and, if approved, we will remake and reship the item to you free of charge, or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
Important Notes:

Messy Little Hands is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if a return is authorized.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
